The Dowagiac District Library will be having a groundbreaking ceremony Saturday, October 12th at noon to celebrate the beginning of building expansion construction. Ceremony will be behind the Library with cider and apples for attendees. Look out for Frog & Toad wandering around Fall Fest beforehand!
